About Succimer Dosage
For adults, 0.5g once, 3 Mal am Tag, for 3 consecutive days as a course of treatment, and then stop for 4 days before use; or 0.5g each time, 2 Mal am Tag, take medicine every other day for a total of 10 Tage, and stop medicine for 5 days before use. . Generally, 2 zu 3 courses of treatment are enough.
Children take 10 mg/kg or 350 mg/m2 orally every 8 hours for 5 Tage, then change to once every 12 hours for 2 weeks, with a total of 19 days as a course of treatment.
